World UFO Day, by the numbers

The arrival of this year’s World UFO Day (July 2), as ever, instigates inquiries into matters such as whether or not tinfoil helmets offer protection against intergalactic mind-reading rays. To celebrate the event, the official UFO Day website suggests that we throw parties, make T-shirts and “have conversations about the possibility of extraterrestrial life.” To this end, the Hemispheres stargazing team has compiled a few salient talking points.
